Football super agent Mino Raiola is understood to have offered Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi to Serie A champions Juventus.
The French international looks like he is wanting a move away from Ligue 1 this summer as he grows frustrated with the clubs lack of progress.
Matuidi has entered into the final year of his deal and his father has recently confirmed to the Italian media that he could well saying his goodbyes this summer as he will not look to sign a new deal.
That could push PSG into cashing in on him anyway as they look to avoid his exit on a free transfer in 12 months’ time and now reports by Calciomercato.com suggest that the player’s representative is in negotiation with Juventus over a possible move.
Raiola is claimed to have already offered Matuidi’s signature to the Bianconeri and is now scheduled to hold talks with them again soon.
Juve themselves are believed to have Sevilla midfielder Steven N’Zonzi at the top of their wishlist but continue to disagree with the Spanish club over a fee for the Frenchman.
With talks between the Old Lady and Sevilla not progressing, Juventus could simply divert their attention elsewhere and are now willing to listen to Riola talks over a possible move for Matuidi.
Though the 30-year-old appears to have a preference for a move to Italy, several Premier League clubs including Arsenal and Manchester United have been linked with a move for him this summer and though his next destination remains a mystery, it is becoming increasingly likely that he will soon bring his six-year association with PSG to a closure.
